We are committed to delivering the best products and service, We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise during shipping.

If you receive a damaged or broken product, we are happy to provide a replacement. To initiate this process, please follow these steps:

  • Upon receiving the product, carefully record a complete video while opening the package and shrink the wrap sheet on the product to clearly show the damaged or broken item.
  • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product at support@padmakshiayurveda.com
  • Provide the video evidence along with your order details for verification purposes.

Once we have verified the issue, we will send you a replacement for the damaged product. Please Note that the courier charges for the replacement will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the product’s value exceeds Rs. 750/-, the customer will still be responsible for covering the courier charges.
